Yep, that's right, this is the first label that I have ever created and will put on a quilt. My "husband's quilt" now has a name "Direction to my Heart", and he's the one that actually helped come up with that name!! I'm not really sure what should go on a label, name, who it's for, and when it was made. Anything else?
It's a very personal label, but at least sign your name!

ReplyDeleteSue, I always include where the quilt was made, how it was made (hand tied, machine quilted, hand quilted etc) and when, and my full name.
ReplyDeleteOn my labels - I include the quilts name, my name, year, Location ( if going overseas I add country) - They are not so beautifully worded as yours...
