Happy Easter, hope everyone had a wonderful Easter Sunday. I had brunch with the Easter Bunny
I've got a couple of almost finishes. These are for twins, a boy and girl, can you tell which is which? Here's H2H quilt #4 - I seriously LOVE LOVE LOVE the accuquilt tumbler die. I don't think there's any way to mess these up. Need to finish the first border, then 2 more after that. And speaking of accuquilt, I did finish my triangle table runner just in time for brunch with the Easter Bunny and I think I'm all ready to make a full size quilt with triangles. I have a bundle of solid fat quarters that I can't wait to cut up and try. Another great die by accuquilt. Not affiliated, just a happy quilting customer :)
Check out all the linky love on the side bar, lots of inspiration all through the week.
What a cute Easter Bunny! While I'm not a fan of the AccuQuilt cutter, I do miss not having one just for the Tumbler die. I like how it cuts off the corners. I like your quilt!
ReplyDeleteAdorable Easter Bunny!! :) You are a machine!! Very impressed that those tumblers are already a quilt top!! It is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLove your tumbler and that is one cute Easter Bunny!
ReplyDeleteYour tumbler quilt is looking beautiful. I am constantly amazed at how much you get done. Very cute Easter Bunny!
ReplyDeleteYou bunny is adorable! Boy, you got your tumbler top sewn together quickly. Looks great! And I really like your baby quilts, too.
ReplyDeleteNice work as usual Sue! Aww your own personal Easter Bunny-sweet!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute bunny! I like the twins' quilts, too.
ReplyDeleteWhile cleaning the space for my new sewing machine I found a large pile of white tumbler blocks. So, soon I will be cutting tumblers for a kids charity quilt. I don't know how many I have already so it should be a mystery quilt, also. :-)
ReplyDeleteNow that, is an adorable Easter Bunny. My friend just bought the AccuQuilt, she loves it.
ReplyDeleteLove your tumbler quilt. I too am a happy Accuquilt customer. I made a huge California king sized tumbler quilt for our bed. It's the top quilt on the bed most of the time. FUN!
ReplyDeleteSure love those quilts for the twins!!! Had a wonderful Easter.
ReplyDeleteI've got that tumbler die and should just go ahead and use it! Nice job on your quilts, and must say that's one cute Easter Bunny to have lunch with! :)
ReplyDeleteYour tumbler quilt is so pretty! I made one several years ago, without the tumbler die -- and it was so much work! But I just love the way they look.
ReplyDeleteso that's where the bunny went! I wondered what happened to my basket of candy this year!

Are your fabrics from your quilts precuts, or are you using yardage for them? The fabrics go so well together.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie and great quilts!! Thanks for sharing.

Such a nice tumbler quilt - love all the fabrics, L
ReplyDeleteYour Easter bunny is just the cutest! Love that sneaky smile! Your quilting in progresses are coming along. The twins will be thrilled. And the tumblers look like they were fun to piece! Great job on all!
ReplyDeleteI love the tumbler! Cutest bunny ever!
ReplyDeleteI love coordinating but not exactly the same, quilts for twins. Such fun projects.
ReplyDeletebeautiful strip and flips for the twins. I love that they aren't exactly the same, but are unified in the design. and a question about your tumblers- do they go together similarly to triangles, where they have to be offset 1/4 inch for seam allowance. I'e always loved tumblers, but have never done one.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for linking up to Needle and Thread Thursday!
